Best xmas experience ever! The delicious food and cozy atmosphere made it unforgettable. Loved the beautiful nature trails offered by the hotel, which took us to explore a nearby wildlife sanctuary and the stunning surroundings. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from this hidden gem. We also appreciated the friendly staff, always ready to help with a smile.

Dislikes? Well, the rooms could use some maintenance and cleanliness improvement. The dusty bedspreads and furniture triggered my allergies, and the muddy water coming from the taps was concerning. The power cuts were a bit annoying, but the staff was quick to teach us the trick to reinsert the key card. Despite these issues, we had an amazing xmas holiday and would gladly come back!

Cozy and warm atmosphere made our weekend stay delightful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were impressed by the nature trail packages to the Wildlife Sanctuary, which is only a stone's throw away! There are plenty of local attractions, including some within a 30 km radius. We appreciated having complimentary toiletries in the room and the hotel's tidy appearance.

The rooms were not well-maintained, with torn curtains and dusty furniture triggering allergies. The plumbing was unsatisfactory, as the toilets and taps spewed dirty water, and we had to order bottled water to wash our hands.

The service at this place was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available around the clock. We were impressed with the quality of the room service, as well as the car hire and laundry services provided. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities and air conditioning for our comfort. We also appreciated the relaxing garden furniture and the complimentary toiletries provided. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were great for entertainment purposes.

This hotel is a hidden gem, surrounded by the natural beauty of a wildlife sanctuary. the rooms are cozy and spacious, with fantastic views of the lush surroundings. the food at the restaurant is delicious, and they even offer nature trail packages for exploring the nearby sanctuary.

The check-in process could be improved with more experienced and attentive staff.
